If you are using the latest version of explorer, it sometimes fails to read certain older pages correctly. Because of this our groupwise page appears blank after you put in your user name and password. A simple work around was to click on the basic HTML check box. I have found a better way. In Internet explorer, in the text box in address bar (where you type an address to go to a web page) next to the end of the box near the refresh button (two circular arrows chasing each other), there is a little baby blue page icon torn across the middle. It is a broken page button which is meant to fix our problem. Using Internet explorer, go to the groupwise email page put in your name and password (be sure the basic interface is unchecked). When you see the blank white page click the broken page button the torn baby blue page). It forces Internet explorer to go into compatibility view. Explorer then reads the page as an older page and behaves accordingly. You should see all your folders again. ADDED BONUS, explorer will remember you preferences for this page next time you come to it. Marshall Davies Lloyd
